There is an employee named Jennifer that works for Amy Bowman...she hung up on me this afternoon. When I asked about reimbursement for a flat tire that has to be patched she said if AAA had the tire changed/removed for me that State Farm would not pay for the patching costs when I take the tire. I questioned this and said ""oh I guess I can get a hot tub (commercial) but can't get a tire patched when I'm paying for emergency road service. In calling back, Amy Bowman had already been filled in by Jennifer and although she said I would be reimbursed she was nonchalant, unconcerned about my claims about Jennifer and pretty much encouraged me to take my business elsewhere. I've been a State Farm customer for 35 years. Maybe it's time to change with customer service and rudeness like that!\r
