Although I can't attest to the bike portion of this company, I have plenty to say regarding the ""Sky Puppet"" portion of this business. I placed an order on short notice and needed the item delivered by Wednesday morning. I started calling right away but it seemed that the Fed Ex truck we say that morning couldn't fine the correct address. Although the name of my business is directly above the front door. Long story short, after many phone calls we got the product on Thursday. Fed ex issued a refund for the $61 paid for shipping.\r

When I called Sky Puppet I was told to call back and talk to Lorenzo. When I did finally talk to Lorenzo ""Shipping Manager"" he seem to very snotty with me and interrupted me over and over again telling me things I all ready knew. When I ask him to please let me finish what I was trying to say he would not. One of his statements to me was ""I am sitting here right now with our FedEx rep and he know what happened.\r

I was finally able to say that the reason for my call was to see if the credit could be applied to a future order but with this ill mannered approach I didn't know if I wanted to do business with them again. He stated ""then why are you waiting my time"" I believe that is when he hung up on me.\r

I tried to call back after I calmed down but got the sales department and was told I nerd to quit bothering them.\r

I have never received my credit.\r

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IT HAS EVER BEEN MY MISFORTUNE TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH.
