The customer service at this place is horrid. The owner doesn't have a clue about professionalism in any sense of the word. I am a resident of the neighborhood and have no affiliation to the hospital, i was looking for a place to park my vehicle because parking is vey tight on my block. When called I spoke with Barbara (the owner) and she quoted me a monthly price of 150. I went in and signed all the paperwork with that amount. 3 months after parking with her and a couple of days before the payment is due , she tells me that i have to now start paying 175. So i asked questions on why my rate was going up and she said because she had to raise my rate because everyone else was paying 175. I told her that it's not right to raise the rates without proper notice and because she didn't disclose when i signed on that i was on some type of promotional rate. so she proceeds to tell me that they haven't raised that rates since 2003. I was taken back like, why is there so many layers to this story, but at the end of the day i needed a place to park. so I complied and started paying 175 for the next six months. \r \r Normally the main office is closed on the weekend so when the June 1st payment was due and it happened to be on a saturday, i noticed that barbara sent and e-mail asking for me to pay early and i would receive a 5 dollar discount in july. she gave no specifics about her request so I went in and gave her the check like I normally do dated the first of the month. she took the check looked at it and said excellent, and said that not a lot of people came in ""i guess 5 dollars in not important"" I replied a dollar is a dollar and if i can save anything I will. I walked away thinking I was going to get the 5 dollar credit in July...But to my surprise, when i asked her when the july due date was coming she told me no. she said i dated my check for June 1st, so that doesn't qualify for a discount because it defeated the purpose of paying early....WHAT?\r \r so after back and forth with her I told her that i will not be parking with her anymore and I will come in to return the clicker and permit. I go to the office to return her equipment and she says i can't believe your upset over 5 dollars. I told her that i'm annoyed that there is no transparency with information that will cost me. I told her when people sign a contract, that is a binder. You can't just change prices without warning your customers just because you feel like it. so as rude and indignant that she dismissed me and told me have a nice day. and i said on my way walking out, you have no idea what customer service is...the woman replies...takes on to know one?????? WHAT...\r \r I would not recommend this lot to even my worst enemy. If you want to be bossed around and have someone constantly trying to dig in your pockets and annoy you...ESP is the place for you. \r \r Update: She (Barbara) also called me at work 2 days after I returned her equipment to tell me thanks for the review and that this will come back to me and hangs up the phone...(This woman has a real chemical unbalance) Just so you know as a potential customer any good feedback on here is solely because she offers a discount if you leave good feed back. more
