I do a lot of research online when I'm buying items but find that Hinshaw's Honda absent from that technology. It might be time to start thinking about coming into the 21st Century.\r \r Other then that you have a great service department which I have enjoyed for many years.\r \r My recent experience was today Jul 11, 2013 when my Honda's (2008) battery went dead about 2 miles from the dealership. I walked to Hinshaw's and was kindly greeted by your service advisor Bud Arnold who in a very short time after I told him my problem, loaded me into his vehicle along with a battery charger and took me to my car. From there it was back to the shop for a new battery, lube oil and filter and a wash of my car.\r \r This type of service keeps me coming back. Well done! more
