Lets face it,choosing the right doctor can be stressful and time consuming, especially when you are looking for a civil surgeon. I had done research while looking for a reputable, experienced, physician that my step-sister could go to while applying for permanent residency here in the U.S. Doctor Simon was among the top civil surgeons in our area and had great reviews in regards to his practice. Since english is a second language for my sister, I had made the appointment, went through the step by step process with her and guided her through the examination process.
