THREE WORDS NO, NO, AND NO. My experience at Betsy Robinson's Bridal was horrible. The receptionist was loud, rude, and used no discretion. The owner, manager, and customer service team seemed to serve customers based on their financial perceptions of them. They can care less about doing what's right and treating customers fairly. They only care about how much money you are spending. Worst of all when it was time for me to pick up my gown. They gave me a hard way to go. They turned what should've been a beautiful experience into a nightmare!!!!!
