WARNING: Do not pay the ""application fee"" or any deposits unless you are prepared to lose them. My situation is similar to those described below. I forked over 140 dollars (app fee and deposit) for an apartment on 3 June. On 17 June, the move-in date, I was told that the management company ""misplaced the keys to the unit"". On 18 June, I demanded to see the unit. I arrived with my car full of boxes ready to move, to find loose pieces of floor tiles uninstalled and a huge hole in the ceiling. None of the promised work had been done! This company has established a clear pattern of fraud, given the long history of these disgusting shenanigans. Do not do business with them!
