So - most women have a hair horror story - I have definitely had my share. The latest one was letting a friend do my hair 48 hours before leaving town for one of the most important events in my career. Dropped over $150 on horrible, unhealthy bleach and my hair was so bizarre even my guy said ""WTF is wrong with your head?"" when I came home. You know it's bad when a man says something about your hair. \r

I had a postcard from Rachael that I had picked up a friend's local shop and that night in last minute panic and desperation, I emailed her with the subject title ""Hair 911"" She emailed back, while on her way home from vacation and said she would see me the next day - which btw, was a Monday and .004% of salons are actually open on Monday. Knowing I was leaving Tuesday morning for San Fran, I could not believe my luck. I even got an email from a friend that gave me the contact info for her said 'if anyone can fix your hair, it's her.""\r

She uses all organic products (AWESOME!), all healthy stuff for your hair and will consult until she knows it's going to be right. \r

Not only did she fix my hair (she even said WTF? when she saw it!), my hair is the best it's ever been (the man even said that same thing the other day and she did my hair over a month ago). \r

I have crazy curly hair - which is one of her specialities - and I am never, ever going anywhere else but to her. Even if I have to fly cross country to do so. I have lived in many cities and every time I move, I have had those hair nightmares trying to find someone else. \r

On the personal side, she is also very cool, very personable, made me feel at ease and at home in her home (her studio is there) and I swear I have never, ever been so amazed at how someone could not only fix a disaster like what was on my head, but also how amazing my hair has been since then. \r

I am pretty sure she used a combination of organic Pixie Dust and Unicorn Rainbows because it came out amazing. \r
