Carlos is the ultimate gentleman and salesman. He listens to what you have to say and works hard to find what you are looking for. He knows his product better than any salesman we have ever worked with. He stayed late into the evening to ensure we left with our new truck and our new sync working. On an additional note, the Gary Yeoman team really helped us through a tough time when immediately after the sale our home and your loaner truck was hit by lightening. We felt awful that you guys had to tow the loaner truck back to your dealership, but everyone-except Ramone-helped us through the situation with kindness. Delivering another truck to our home certainly made it easier to deal with the situation. \r
