The rep that helps you get started, Aaron literally replied LOL when I asked him to send paperwork again because my father passed away. LOL? Pretty much describes the professionalism that this company offered. Completely insensitive and unresponsive. Total crap organization. If it's humanly possible, they will make your loved ones last days even worse than they would have been otherwise. Run from these people! Called me on a Thursday that my father had hours left to live. Friday he died at 3pm and fortunately the facility contacted me to let me know because Charter didn't call me until 2 hours after. Look for other options. Any other options.
