I went shopping for a Tacoma at several dealerships and stopped by Ackermann's only to actually see one of these elusive vehicles. Apparently, dealerships only stock vehicles that are loaded. But, that is another matter. I met with Rebeccah and explained that I was 'just looking.' She was extremely helpful . . . not at all pushy. It is a tough job balancing between being helpful to someone who is not planning to buy, but still trying to make a sale. Rebeccah pulled this off with real finesse, and I was very impressed. She quoted what I believe was probably her best offer, she researched possible Tacomas located in the St. Louis area, and she aptly answered all of my questions. And, she even smiled and was very courteous as I left without purchasing. Later in the day, I called her and ordered the car. Again, she was outstanding in the way she gave me timeframes of when the car would be delivered and when I could expect a call back from her.\r

Upon picking up the Tacoma, Rebeccah was very courteous and complete in processing the paperwork and in giving my wife and me a tour of our new truck. In every way, Ms. Drannan was outstanding!\r
