I have been a member of Vision Quest for about a year now and I have to say this is the first time I have started and stuck with a fitness routine on a semi-regular basis! Are there weeks here and there that I skip the gym?? Of course, Im human...But the great thing about VQ is that it is so easy to jump right back into the routine! They give every member one free workout every month which is great for keeping me on track and helps me stay focused. I have also purchased some extra personal training sessions which have helped tremendously! They are really affordable and I try to workout with a trainer at least once a week! I have noticed that I have SO much more energy now that I am getting and staying healthier with my lifestyle!!
