Best salon service I have ever experienced. I came into Julian Hans Salon wanting a change. My hair was black and i wanted to go blonde. I have been coloring my hair since I was 13, and prior to my service I have had pre-bleached hair, dark hair, light hair, red hair for over 2 years, and every color under the sun. What can I say? I guess I'm never content. I let Saverio know that i didn't want any red or black in my hair anymore. I brought in pictures and asked him for his professional advice. He let me know that the service I wanted would happen and my hair would be healthy and strong in the process. Not only did Saverio meet all my needs, my hair is more healthy, shiny, and stronger than its ever been. He showed me the colors he was using on my hair and let me know how he was going to give me the look I wanted. This made me feel at ease trusting someone with my hair. Saverio not only educated me on the benefits of the products, but also showed me how to use and style my hair at home! I have never experienced such amazing customer service. The staff was very welcoming and went over the top for everyone in the salon. My hair is very blonde now and if Saverio didn't talk to me about what products to use at home, I don't think I would have my long blonde hair anymore. Julian Hans Salon is the best salon in Orange County. Saverio is the BEST colorist and gave me everything I wanted with my hair and more. None has ever been able to give me the look I wanted before I came here. I am SO pleased with the service. I will definitely be back! Thank you Saverio!
