I have had the worst experience ever dealing with the incompetent manager Matt at the st. augustine store....he was completely unhelpful, abusive, unknowledgeable about his product and worthless as tech. Heis advice cost me not only to have to buy another phone, but several days of work having to go back again and again to the store to fix his mistakes. I have been a Sprint customer for twelve years, but if Sprint? maycom will hire that level of incompetence then i will cancel my four accounts with Sprint and take my business elsewhere....beware the Maycom Sprint Manager at the St. Augustine store....go to any other person,,,,i recomend Ryan who should be the manager,, very competent and friendly.
