I retained Don Yearin as my layer and we had 3 separate evidentiary hearings in the Maricopa County Superior Court. During each hearing I was so happy that Don was my lawyer and that I did not have an incompetent lawyer like the one representing the defendant. Don was great at cross examining the defendant and we prevailed at each hearing. In the end, I got everything we had asked for and was very pleased with the outcome.
