I have had the worst experience with Creative Floors and Bob Hapka, general manager. Please take my advice and do not proceed in working with this particular organization. The carpet I purchased began to bunch after a year and a half. In addition, after a month it looked very worn. Mind you there are two people in my household including me and we both travel for a living and are never home. I tried contacting the general manager, Bob Hapka. After 3 calls, I finally received a call. in which he continued to tell me that the carpet I purchased was cheap and I got what I paid for. I told him he never mentioned this to me during the sales process. After that, he proceeded to tell me that he was busy, couldn't help me, and that we should part ways. I don't think this is good customer service nor do I feel like anyone should be spoken to like that. I hope people will think twice before working with this person and company.
