It is the worst service ever. I should have read all these before going to eat there ! Waitress was so bad, never came and checked on us and we never saw her again, if we weren't honest people we could have walked out and they wouldn't have noticed. Wrong food was brought out, no refills on water, sushi was not what I had asked for and server lied to me and said it was white tuna, ""not"", server was not knowledgable about the menu or fish, sushi smelled rotten, got sick after, salad and dressing was warm, there was nothing that this restaurant did right. From reading all of these I hope that place has 1 decent server ! They have no idea what customer service is and frankly they don't care ! Don't waste your time or money at kikus there are lots of great sushi restaurants in Milwaukee and less expensive their menu moves and sells so you wont get rotten fish or warm salads like kikus.
