When my Saturn needed some work done, I called Speedy Transmission. I knew they offered free towing, so that was a definite plus for me. But, being a woman with very limited automotive knowledge, I was wary. Would the mechanic talk down to me, or ask to speak to my husband? Would they take advantage of my ignorance of all things automotive, and try to convince me that my car needed additional repairs? I have experienced all these things at other places. \r

I must say, I couldn't have been more pleased! Everyone I spoke with at the shop was polite, attentive, respectful, and friendly. Such wonderful customer service! The service manager kept in contact with me through every step of the repair process. He informed me what needed to be done, and how long it would take. He took the time to explain the needed service (and I never felt him condescending to me in the least). He told me that my car didn't need any transmission work done (as I had originally thought), but just some minor engine work. What a relief! The repairs cost much less than I'd feared! \r

When I picked up my car, I experienced the same superior level of customer service. They definitely made me feel like a valued customer, as if my business was a priority to them. The people were great and my car runs great again. I will definitely go back!
