Had an appointment scheduleded between 0800 and 1200 today. Their service tech called at 1131 (all times pulled directly from phone log). My wife couldn't answer because she was cleaning up dog puke. No message was left. They called back at 1133 and my wife still couldn't reach the phone. This time they left a message. At 1136, my wife called back AAA, was put on hold for 7 minutes, then transferred to their dispatch and was left on hold their for another 7 minutes. She was then told that AAA couldn't reach the tech and they would call my wife back. AAA finally called back at 1221 and said that they still couldn't reach the technician and they would have to reschedule for Monday. My wife explained that we had already take off today, and couldn't be availble Monday, but they could not accomodate saying that the tech had been trying to call her for 15 min. Reviewing the call log on her cell phone which is the only number they have showed that they had not called 15 minutes prior to the 1131 call. USE at your own risk.\r
