I was happy with the way the paint job looked and everything. I'm not happy with the way Salem Autobody & Paintworks Inc. just did the bare minimum. This wasn't an insurance claim.
I had to climb under my car at one point and I noticed there were three holes where there are supposed to be connectors to the frame holding my bumper on. They might not have had to be there in the beginning, but they certainly are supposed to be there now and they aren't. They really did the bare minimum.
When I took it to the first place I was thinking of repairing my car, they actually said they were going to trash the bumper and order me a new one because the crack that was there because of my accident was un-repairable.
Salem Autobody didn't go the extra mile, weren't very helpful, and I will not be bringing them my car again. I would not recommend them to anyone else. When I first saw the car it looked good, but then when my brother and I started examining it it wasn't.
