I contracted with this company to move and store my household belongings while home was being built. When they delivered my furniture items were broken and my grandfather clock's pendulum was bent and I was told they wouldn't reimburse me even though I had purchased extended full coverage. What topped it off was their billing. They billed me twice. Once for the initial estimate and for another month's storage for furniture that was no longer in storage. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they get a lot of calls like this and they feel that charges will drop off and my credit card would not be charged, even though I was calling them because of the duplicate credit card charge. Needless to say this is all in dispute now. The staff are nice, the kids that move are nice.. but they don't deliver and their billing practices are in error.
