Our experience buying a car was good, I just don't care that much about the service department. They always want to tack stuff on and act like it is really necessary even if it's not. Parts are also overpriced. They don't offer anywhere near the extras other dealers do when you buy a car (you get 3 oil changes, yay). Still, the salesman Jamie was good, honest and the buying experience was good overall.
