I have ordered using GrubHub many times with excellent service. However, my past experience will be my last. Upon ordering, GrubHub stated my order would be ready between 7:10-7:20. However when I received the confirmation e-mail, the new pick-up time was 7:50-8:00. Thus I waited until around 8 to get my order. As I was leaving, Fox's Pizza called to ask if I was coming for my order. When I informed the company the e-mail time said 8, the caller laughed. Upon receiving the receipt I noticed the prepared by time stated 7:10. Thus, my food had been sitting 50 minutes and Fox's Pizza did not offer anything for my trouble.
