Quote one price for repairs needed when I had the car in for routine maintenance. When I dropped the car off, asked to have them call if repairs went over a certain amount. Got a call with the 50% increase in price and work had already started on auto. When asked about increase, was told the other guy missed quoted. This is the first time this has happened here. When I picked the car up nothing was said about needing any other maintenance. When I looked at the invoice at home, it said I need more maintenance work done. But I don't know how soon they needs to be done. They do great work and the staff is friendly. I will go back, hoping this is a one time occurrence. At the end day I felt because I am female I was taken advantage of, just like every other auto repair place.
