This is the second time that I have had to have ALL STAR fix something that another dealership messed up.
This time it was a simple service visit...the other dealer failed to properly complete an oil change and left me leaking oil. Clearly there was no QC done.
ALL STAR not only finished the job properly (on very short notice) but cleaned up the oil mess and washed my car (which the other dealership couldnt be bothered to do).
