Food arrived nearly an hour later than originally estimated. I kept getting notices that my order was delayed AFTER I had already placed it. When my cold food finally arrived, the delivery person didn't even bother to get out of her car. She called me on my cell phone multiple times before I heard it and picked up (I was anticipating a buzz from the front door); she ordered me to come down and get the food since she refused to walk up stairs. Are you kidding me? This is New York. Who DOESN'T have stairs in their building? Ugh. Never again.
