This was the first time that I have used Ray's for repairs on my wife's 06' Passat. I am very pleased with the service that i received. They understood what I wanted and was able to accommodate. The repairs took a little longer but Ray's was accomadating and provided a rental car until the repairs were finished. i will definitly be going back.
