Great experience up until the end. I waited rather than get a shuttle based upon a call that my car would be done by 11:30 vs 12:30. At about 11:45 I checked and saw my car washed and parked. Service writer had been lunch so no one else was managing the completion of my service visit. Bottom line I waited longer.
