I had them do a carpeting job recently. When they came and installed it they broke two of my storm windows. When they brought them back after they were fixed they were dirty so I had to wash them. Where the carpet hits the door frame wasn't completely straight, but they came back out today to fix that. I had used them before also, last time was perfect.
