Great staff! At previous visit, lug nut replacement was strongly suggested by owner ... so I bought them. So at this latest visit, I did tell them that new lug nuts were in the trunk. When I got the car back home, the new ones still in trunk ... unopened.
Other than this, all well ... will continue taking my car(s) there.
