I had a color sand and polish done on my car where someone hit me and did not leave a note. Given that I was already annoyed by this "wrong place, wrong time" event; there was the potential of me being a tough customer to please. Luckily, I got to work with Ken, not only was he very helpful, the repairs to my vehicle were completed quickly and at a great price.
