I arrived will an intermittent problem in regard to charging. The tech started to look for the problem and after several test determined that the alternator was the problem. He tehn looked up some info on the computer and advised me of the cost and if the part was available. He stated that the part was available and could be installed in about 30 minutes. I agreed to the repair and in about 35 minutes the part came and was installed. I have been driving the car since without further worry. the tech did a great job of taking care of my problem.
