Stay clear! Elite Kitchen and Bathroom kept promising that the custom cabinet would be ready the next week...the next week...the next week...only to have design incorrect and them insist that I had to pay MORE money to correct their error. Rafi, the salesperson, refuses to correct his error. So now, they have my $800 deposit, the product, and I have nothing. Rafi, the salesperson, was rude and condescending. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. \r

UPDATE: The owner called within a week of being reported to the BBB and apologized for the way his salesperson represented his company. The cabinet was corrected as requested and delivered. Issue was finally resolved.
