First mistake set wrong size width for gate being installed. Second mistake gate color doesn't match fence color. Third mistake lack of communication throughout entire process. Called and left messages, phone calls returned days later. Fourth mistake guaranteed project will be completed on specific date. Fifth mistake project not completed because of another error on their part, yet again no communication until we called. Very unprofessional way of handling business and a lack of customer assistance. Sold as a 2 day project = 5 weeks till completion. Don't use the Shirley location!!
