Do NOT use Star Parking Services. I used them in downtown Cincinnati Tuesday night and was not aware that if they weren't busy, they would just LEAVE. When I dropped off my car outside of Nada, they did not tell me of a potential close time. And considering the neighboring bars/restaurants were open until at least midnight, if not later, I didn't think anything of it. They locked my car (and house) keys inside of a restaurant that wouldn't open until 11am the next day. \r \r They left my car in a tow zone and almost a foot and a half away from the curb on one of the busiest streets in downtown Cincinnati. \r \r I called them the next morning and the 'gentleman' who I spoke to, kept repeating that it wasn't his problem. What should have been an $8 convenience, turned into a $30 (valet + cab) ride, and could have potentially been a $150 night had my car been towed. He then proceeded to tell me that he 'wasn't the irresponsible one who went out and partied late last night' and then hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I work until 8pm most nights so sometimes, my 'late night partying' is technically my dinner time. When I don't have to get up until 9:30 the next day for my full time salaried career, I am able to stay out until 11pm the night before with no problem. That would be most 8-5ers 8pm. \r \r I have called Donny, a contact that was provided to me by Nada, twice today with NO call back. \r \r If you are considering using them for an event or a service, DON'T. more
