Totally disorganized and awful customer service.\r

The lady took care of the payment let someone came 3 minutes after me cut the line and told me to ""Just chill!"" and ignored me when I tried to get her attention.\r
\r
When she finally took my payment later, I questioned her and she started lectured that ""We just all need to be patient."" Did not even apologized until I asked her whether she could at least apologize.\r
\r
Ridiculous! I would leave 0 start if that is an option.
