Had chemdry of wake county come clean a sofa and love seat. Love seat required special chemicals/dry solvent due to nature of fabric and was told would cost double what I was quoted over the phone. After the ""cleaning"" the spots on the love seat remained. I called chemdry to tell them I was unhappy with the service especially since I had paid double the price. I was told by Jeremy (the manager) I could either have them try an alternate method to clean the love seat or be given gift cards in exchange. The alternate method of cleaning, I was warned could damage the upholstery. Jeremy again stated we could have $60 in gift cards, however when I spoke with him about what exactly they could ""clean"" given that they weren't successful in the first place he hung up on me. I called again where I was told the gift cards were no longer an option for me and he hung up on me again. Every call I have made to them since then has gone unanswered. The staff comes across as professional at first but if you arent satisfied they abruptly become rude and uncompromising. Jeremy stated that they typically do not recommend this dry solvent cleaning as it does not actually clean the upholstery rather sanitize it. This was not made clear to me when I was told by the technician the loveseat required the dry solvent method. I think it is very unprofessional that he is not standing by his promise as well as being treated so rudely.\r
Very poor business practices. I feel their approach to cleaning is quite shady and dishonest. \r
Have filed a complaint with better business bureau as well and complaint has gone unanswered. Another example of their poor business practices.
