Incompetent Staff, Go Elsewhere\r

Probably the worst service experience I can say I ever had. Aside from telling me they changed my oil and later finding it never happened. I have been here 5 times to try and fix a stalling issue with a 5.7 HEMI. The service staff is absolutely clueless-if it were up to me, they wouldn't have jobs. Les in service is by far the worst. Try asking him a question about service and I swear you would be better off asking the receptionist. In addition to Les, Mark Adkins the Service manager is a waste of space. Good luck getting an email response, or even a call back. Show up in person and he runs into the back room and hides! Awful Awful experience. Will NEVER go back again. Plan to spread the word too. Buy a vehicle elsewhere, like Carriage Town in Delaware or Crown Jeep of Dublin....Stay clear away from Performance.
