I was recommend by a friend of mine to come to this bridal salon, I was excited because I heard that the consultants were nice and the prices would fit my budget. Now to start off I am in the customer service business, so I understand the pizzazz it takes to wow a client in an opinionated industry. Unsure of where the bridal salon was located I came to arrived about an hour early, I went to the front desk told them I was there and that I was ok with waiting because I was extremely early and that my mom was on her way so I would need to what for her. My MOH and I were walking around the salon looking at dresses and showing them to each other. We were excited to see that they had sizes other then a 10. (the previous bridal salon appointment only had size 10 and I am a 12/14). My consultant came over and greeted us with a ""wow you are early"", I told her yes I know I'm just going to look around. I told her what I was looking for and she started to pull dresses. My MOH and I also started pulling dresses she then came up and RUDELY said we were handling the dresses wrong and then demonstrated be pushing the rack wide open l-----l ""this is how you look at dresses, if you pull them you will mess up the fabric""... At that point I was embarrassed and ready to leave. I was unaware I was handling the dresses in a wrong manner and I would have been open to a lesson if she would have presented her self in a PROFESSIONAL manner. Yet I ignored her ignorance to customer service and told my self that not every store is going to understand how to communicate. So when we had around 8 dresses in the fitting room my consultant was ready to start putting me into dresses. Thats great! but again I had arrived to my appoint early and I was waiting on my MOTHER to arrive, she was very pushy to get me into the dresses. I finally had a moment of ""NO! I'm waiting for my MOTHER!"" Then my consult disappeared until my mom had arrived. When it came down to trying on dresses it was a get in and get out mentality. My consultant would ask ""Do you like it?"" and as you were thinking she would say ""No? because if it was the one you wouldn't have to think about it."" The size selection was not a great variety either a 6/8 or a 22w. I was put into many 22w which is fine I'm not looking for a perfect fit in a sample size dress. However it is very hard to visualize yourself in a dress that swallows you up, there were not enough clips in the salon to make it fit decently. Also it is hard to visualize yourself in a dress that you can't put on, when it came to the dresses that you too small to try on, my consultant would hold the dress up in front of me creating a look of the dress but not really wearing the dress. How can you connect yourself with a dress that you have not even tried on. And how are you expected to pay over $2,000 for a dress that you have not tried on. I left M2 Milan very disappointed and not feeling great about my dress size. If only I was this size could I try it on. more
