I called long distance to place an order for my daughter who lives in Japan to be sent to my parents who live in Maryville. My account was charged, however more than two weeks later no flowers have been delivered. I tried numerous times, to no avail, to contact Donna's Floral. I finally contacted my credit card company and had mt account reimbursed.
