On Saturday we contacted Toyota Direct by phone to discuss our needs and what possible options existed. On Sunday my wife and I traveled from Chillicothe Ohio to the dealership in Columbus Ohio to check out their inventory. David O'Brien had been our initial point of contact and we were glad to see that he had followed through. David had cars lined up for us, that met our criteria when we arrived. My wife and I split up to test drive vehicles. When we landed on the car that met our needs we checked the blue book, and checked out the car fax. We found the price and quality of the car to be what David had discussed. I would like to mention that Ivan Lambert also worked with us to gather the needed information for the loan qualification in a no nonsense straight forward manner. Once approval had been obtained, Ashley Ward the Financial Manager did an excellent job of presenting options, and closing the deal. The whole experience was non stressful with absolutely no pressure, at all!
