I give Fred and his wife 5 stars for their service. I'm a small businessman who deals directly with homeowners, so I know the importance of excellent customer service. I talked to Fred at least 3 times before he came to replace my windshield. He was very attentive to making sure he had the correct address and our appointment time was going to work for me. He called beforehand and showed up on time for our appointment. \r

He and his wife did the work, and they found a source of a water leak around the windshield that I had suspected was there. He took care of this and they did an excellent job of installing my new windshield. Their rates were competitive, I was happy with the price. Both he and his wife were friendly and personable. I highly recommend them.
