I went to this dealership based on the reviews and unfortunately I am one of the few that did not have a good experience. At the lot everything was fine, on the test drive everything was fine. The next day I broke down and it was discovered that the used vehicle they sold me had a hole in the radiator and a broken fan. There was no coolant at all and the engine completely overheated. $800 in repairs. I brought this to their attention because they obviously sold the vehicle that way but to date I cannot get any agreement to cover the costs of the repair. I m still waiting for my tag transfer which was only supposed to take a couple of days. Now going on week two. Can t get a response to that question either. I have called and sent multiple emails which they are ignoring. Disappointing because I thought they were different and had hoped for a better experience. I may as well have bought from a buy here pay here unknown lot. We have another vehicle to purchase in the next year or so and it will not be from there as we had originally planned
