Mr. Manley did NOT follow through on a order for a client. Did NOT return any of my calls and had wife answer phone. I had to refund clients deposit after 4 months of waiting. After speaking with him several times and placed the order, he assured me that a deposit was unnecessary, later he decided to terminate the order after 4 months of waiting with out telling us or answer his phone. What a piece of work! When I called blocked he answered and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, rude and NO respect. Tells you one thing and does another. Highly recommend NOT doing business with this FAKE FLAKE of an artist. BEWARE! If I could I would rate him Negative!
