In Response to the last Tip/Comment by Chris I. yes Mr Chris Irish was an employee of Blunt Creations LLC. he worked on two cars here and never completed one, he was paid by the hour for his work after working here for 2 days he wanted to bring his brother in to help him out not being paid by Blunt Creations but sharing this own pay for the help. After a week of working with him and his brother Mr. Irish wanted more money i explained to him that 21/hr was more then enough for him with no degree and with only one reference, but we came to an agreement of an hourly rate he and i both liked and was doable. After the first job was done the car left the shop not running because Mr. Irish didn't know that engines that sit for long periods of time have low or no compression without prepping, that problem was fixed by ME not Mr. Irish. The Second car he worked on and got close to finishing was a 2006 Honda civic tps issues, clutch, Axles and C.A.I Mr. Irish installed clutch correctly no issues with that, but the Tps Sensor was not installed correctly the connection pins were bent in so voltage was all over the place, as for the axles Mr. Irish failed to place pins in the axles and crush the sleeve in front of the axle bolts. I took the car for a test drive and the wheels nearly came off. Called Chris to come in to talk about this problem he showed up and proceeded to tell me he never EVER had to put cotter pins or crush sleeves to put on axles and that he has done many cars the same way i was beside myself. My anger was out of line and i now realize this, but yet again another wanna be trying to be the best just doesn't cut it. I never asked for the best or a show off i asked for by the book mechanic work. As you see other reviews online my work hasn't been an issue for the most part; its been the workers i have hired and gave a chance from UTI grads down to 15 year experienced people disappointment is all i have gotten, not to say that every person at UTI has the same issues, but learning never stops even after you found a job. We found good working honest employees from our local military community and it has worked out for us and will work for Blunt Creations in the furture.\r
