I have a home warranty that assigned me to Wake Appliance. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my two appointments because of unexpectedly being ill. When I called to reschedule nobody returned my call so I called back. Meg answered and was incredibly rude to me. She accused me of canceling my appointment three times which is incorrect and told me they had no plans of calling me back. I did give advance notice regarding my cancellation and assumed that the technician would appreciate not coming to my home since I had a contagious illness. None the less the unprofessional staff and rudeness of Meg is unacceptable. She told me she hoped I did use someone else and told me I could leave a message for the owners but they would not call me back. How unprofessional. If this is how the business is run, I would never want them in my home anyhow. I guess this was a blessing in disguise.
