I had a wonderful experience at West Coast Auto Sales, from my initial internet contact to buying my car to my first appointment in the service department. I've had bad experiences before and was gunshy. Albert understood and assured me that West Coast wasn't like other dealerships. Never one to place much weight on words, I was not yet convinced. However, he meant what he had said and proved it through actions. The deal was done quickly and I felt good about it. During the paperwork, I also met Sam, the owner, another great reason to go to West Coast. I bought a BMW 325i and I LOVE it! The windowshield had been chipped by a rock so a new one was included in the sale. That's how I came to experience the service department so soon. The service waiting room is comfortable and full of hospitality. Ken, the service manager, was very helpful and quite the entertainer.\r
