We had to call Roto-Rooter because we were having 2 very big problems with our upstairs bathroom. We had the same problem with our bathtub as we did our bathroom sink, where the hot water would not shut off. Technician Craig #41-0721, spent about 5 hours working on our bathroom. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he was going to do fix it. And also gave us a choice in options. Our house is extremely old and the plumbing is in terrible condition. Craig did a phenomenal job, we now have use of our bathroom and we fully intend on calling him back to fix our kitchen sink. Hats off to Craig and Roto-Rooter!!
