We had a HORRIBLE experience at this facility. The owner, Jill, does not have any concern for her customer's experience and both of our dogs were VERY sick after their stay at the facility. We had to take one of them directly to the Vet when we picked her up. She has yet to apologize for our experience and we had to contact them to request resolution. \r
