I was recently in need of an oil change. I went to this location and was told I HAD to make an appt. (any other place in town will service vehicles w/no appt.). So, I made an appt. for the next day. Even WITH a scheduled appt., it took 1 & 1/2 hrs. to be done. All the while I was sitting there almost late for work and then had to push all the errands I was going to run aside for the next day. If you make an appt., that time slot SHOULD be reserved for you and you only. And it should only take 30 minutes tops to have a service done. I've never had to wait that long even at a location w/no appt.
